If you're still watching TV when midnight rolls around, there's really no telling what you'll end up watching. Last night's midnight movie was Clueless. As in 1995. Such ridiculousness.
Best quote: "I feel like such a heifer. I had two bowls of Special K, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, a handful of popcorn, 5 peanut butter M&M's and like 3 pieces of licorice." Umm really? As if.
Did I own the VHS? Duh. I am sure I had to beg my mother to make that purchase. Mom, I'm sorry if I made a scene in the store. I was like totally buggin'.
Truth be told, I played that tape over and over and over. Why? Because, despite not understanding the blatantly inappropriate commentary (which thankfully must have gone right over my adolescent head), what I did glean from the movie was how fun it looked to get dressed up and go on a date.

Since I've briefly talked about the changing fashion trends in the past 15 years, let me briefly bring us back to late night television. One word. Pajamajeans. Pajama + Jeans = Pajamajeans. Psh. As if. I cannot condone this.
Sidenote. What's on the docket for the next few days? Bird art cards (yes, I put birds on more things), a horse trail photoshoot with my manfriend, more recipes, and a cute, lovey gift that I'm dying to tell you about but have to wait until its recipient receives it in the mail.
Haha. I love this post. I would have been extremely shunned by the girls in clueless since I the same dress every day for 90 days. It happens :)
ReplyDeleteHaha! You're right, I forgot about that! So funny. Well, hey, Cher might have made you her new "BFF" because she was "way" into fundraising and charity toward the end of the movie! So maybe you'd be let off the hook since your had a good cause to wear the same dress for! :)
