And yummy.
Especially if you (1) put them in a pot 1/.2 filled with water and add 4 minced cloves of onion and a teaspoon of salt, then (2) wait 45 minutes and (3) serve with melted light salted butter and 4 additional minced onion cloves.
But how do you eat its heart out? (Eww grosss!)
Once you're down to the puny manleafs (the ones with no meat), pull those off and you will reveal the artichoke heart, covered in hair. Using a butter knife, scrape the hair off. Then cut the hard part of the stem off and eat its heart! Muahhahahahha!
