My Week In Workouts (Since the last update)
- Monday: 40min Stairmaster Sprint, 30min abs class
- Tuesday: 1 hour Bootcamp class (Similar to this workout x 2)
- Wednesday: 1 hour Yoga
- Thursday: 40min Stairmaster Sprint
- Friday: Rest
- Saturday: Tabata Intervals, 10 Minute Abs, Jump Rope Intervals
- Sunday: Body By Science (weights), 15min Stairmaster Cool down, 1 hour walk
- Monday: 40min Stairmaster Sprint, 30min abs class

WOW!! --> Workout of the Week!
- The workout consists of two 2:30 sets, each of which is repeated once, for two 5:00 blocks.
- Don't forget to stretch after your workout.
