Next time you stumble upon a beautiful flower - whether it's a gift from a person you know or a gift from the ground as you're on an afternoon walk - save it. Bring it inside. Let it dry out. And then put it in a glass jar and freeze it in time.
Back in May, I walked out to my car to find this rose and tiny little love note from my boyfriend:
So I saved it, not knowing what I would do with it... As of today, it sits in a jar, like a scene pulled from a Disney movie, reminding me every day of how special that moment was.
