
Mashed potatoes. Mmm. Kind of a staple for the holidays, eh?
This year, my friends, is just a little bit different. Sarah at The Pajama Chef is sharing something new: Whipped Sweet Potatoes. Naturally sweetened with apples, spiced with cinnamon and allspice, and a bit of butter... which, surprisingly (and thanks to Sarah for this tip), is a total bonus. Apparently, sweet potatoes are full of beta-carotene that is better absorbed with a bit of healthy, natural fat - just a bit, so don't go overboard!
