Running Music & Pinterest Fitness Inspiration

Pin It Print Friendly and PDF The intensity and duration of my run is often determined by my playlist.  Obviously, the type of song is really important... but I also have to change it up a lot because even a great running song gets old after enough mileage.  Here's what I've got goin' right now...

Playlist: "Pavement"
Adele- Rolling In The Deep
Skylar Grey - I'm Coming Home (Arion Dubstep Remix)
Rawnald Gregory Erickson The Second (Strategy Remix)
Miike Snow- Animal
Chris Brown - Look At Me Now ft. Lil Wayne & Busta Ryhmes
Adele - Turning Tables
Basshunter - All I Ever Wanted
Adam Tensta - They Wanna Know
Adam Tensta - My Cool
Usher vs. The Police "Lil' Freak, Roxanne" Mash-Up
Calvin Harris - Acceptable In The 80s
David Guetta - Gettin' Over You (Dubstep Remix)

There are also a lot of good workout tunes here, at "RCRD LBL."  They do a lot of mixes that make current music even better for hitting the pavement.

On a similar note, I have an entire Pinterest channel dedicated to Fitness Inspiration here.  In case you're skeptical, here's a screenshot...

Are you wondering what Pinterest is?  It's pretty much an internet bulletin board where users (or "curators") have the ability to "pin" certain photos on their "boards." It's part of my coffee-drinking routine...  Seriously you should trust me and start doing it.  You will thank me later.  Promise.

Why do I do it?  "Jus because" (haha, oh, 6-year-old me, you were so not clever).
